Don Carlo Farmstay

If you’re dreaming of an action-packed vacation and moments of relaxation in the Sicilian hills, the Don Carlo farmhouse is waiting for you. Nestled in the lush countryside of Erice, among expanses of olive groves and fertile vineyards, our agriturismo overlooks the plain below, offering you an unforgettable view.
There is no better place to rest, enjoy the warm Sicilian sun or take a dip in the pool while your children play in the space specially designed for them.
On foot or by mountain bike, you can reach the top of the nearby hill, where the farm’s olive grove is located: from there, you can admire the enchanting view of the Egadi archipelago rising from the sea. Your retreat will be an old Sicilian manor house, renovated without altering its historic architectural features.

We have 8 rooms available, all equipped with a TV, bathroom, air conditioning, and minibar.
Outside, you’ll find a barbecue, kitchen, and wood-fired oven at your complete disposal.
Every morning, a hearty and wholesome breakfast will be waiting for you, made with our own homemade products: our bread, our jams, our yogurt, and fresh seasonal fruit. In the evening, you can enjoy our traditional dinner.
We produce jams and DOP extra virgin olive oil.

Activities
At Agriturismo Don Carlo, you can enjoy traditional Sicilian dishes, sample extra virgin olive oil and local wine, and—why not?—even learn how to prepare traditional recipes from our region.
Inside the property, you can also visit a small Museum of Rural Life featuring vintage photos and tools.
Upon request, we offer transfers to and from the Palermo and Trapani airports, as well as day trips by boat to the Egadi Islands with lunch on board, guided horseback riding excursions—including day trips—and mountain bike rentals.
